ATTENTION: BUYER!
OPEN SHIPMENT IMMEDIATELY IN FRONT OF DRIVER

 

All items must be inspected by the customer immediately upon delivery. If damage is noticed, please refuse delivery if possible and contact Fathom Fountains within 24 hours. Fathom Fountains will not be responsible for damaged items if we are not notified within 24 hours of delivery. All items are insured during transit for the full retail price and a shipping claim will be filed. Please take pictures of the damaged item and crating and forward images to Fathom Fountains at sales@fathomfountains.com.

 

If your order arrives with visible damage be sure to:

1. NOTATE damage on Delivery Receipt with Driver stating "REFUSED Shipment Due to Damage."

2. If you are unable to inspect the shipment before the driver leaves, please write "Possible Concealed Damage" on the delivery ticket.

3. If driver has departed, you MUST report damage to Fathom Fountains within 24 hrs. (Monday-Friday).

4. After 24 hrs. the customer will be responsible for filing a shipping claim with the freight carrier.

5. Take pictures of the damaged item and packaging and forward to sales@fathomfountains.com within 24 hours.

 

Shipping:

Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of your water feature.

 

Manufacturer's Warranty:

All fountains include a 1 year Manufacturer's Warranty against defects.  We will replace defective parts within 1 year of purchase. We will work closely with you if any issues arise.  You will be required to follow steps instructed. It is rare we have any issues, but they do occur on occasion. When they do arise, we will need your cooperation to help resolve the issue.  We do not allow returns or refunds on products.
